Ang sang means ``a part in each or with each``. The full mantra inspiring this name is ``Ang Sang Wahe Guru`` that means ``The Infinite source of all is vibrating in every cell of me``.
It represents in a way the miracle of life, a universal truth and somehow the meaning of Yoga: union.

To me the only requirement to practice yoga is to be willing to do it.
