Mobility based yoga for office workers
Gravity Yoga is a target mobility-based style following three principles: relax as much as possible on the posture (wet noodle), specific breathing pattern that stimulates the parasympathetic system (whiskey breathing) and meet or beat your hold time (postures are held between 2 to 5 minutes).
The set of exercises proposed, was created taking into consideration the static posture of most office workers. The goal is to balance the body posture and give tools to open the body and improve the mobility.
